All our stock is divided between two warehouses. US warehouse (North and South American orders) and EU warehouse (EU orders).
IMPORTANT NOTE #1: The BASIC SHIPPING FEE add-on is compulsory to get physical add-ons. Please, add it to your order if you want non-digital add-ons. If you forget to add it, the BASIC SHIPPING FEE will be added by our team to your order before charging your card and will increase the amount charged to your card.
IMPORTANT NOTE #2: RoW backers are free to pick from either warehouse, but ordering items from two different warehouses will result in higher shipping fees.

If you order from two different warehouses an extra charge between 16 and 30 euros might be applicable to your order since we will have to process two different shipments. Hello Hunters!
Firstly, news for previously unlocked and uncharged small orders. We have been able to discount shipping fees by between €6 and €8.50 depending on the size of the order, very small orders received a bigger discount than small orders. Our ever helpful and hard working fulfillment manager has manually updated all of the shipping fees for these small orders. All of these orders are now locked but are not charged.
It is important that anyone with a small order log in to Backerkit and review their order and updated fees in the next few days. If you want to remove anything from the order please contact us at the sales e-mail below before Sunday 12th July. We will lock and charge all of these orders Monday 13th July 2020. We will export orders to the fulfillment centres shortly after.

Games are on the move! All orders that were locked and charged on May 20thwere exported to the fulfillment centres. Let’s look at a breakdown by area and pledge level.
Firstly, from the U.S.A. via Quartermaster. All US orders that were sent to Quartermaster have been shipped. Canadian orders are well underway and we expect them to be complete in the next day or two. Central and South America will follow shortly after Canada is complete. There may be some delays to countries that are currently under lockdown. Please check your tracking information and your local advisories.
A reminder that tracking information is issued when the shipping label is made before the package is picked up by the courier for shipping and delivery. Packages should start moving within a few days of tracking being issued, but please note that with the pandemic and the high volume of parcels being moved, last mile delivery may be slower than normal.
Animportant notice for US Slayer Pledges ONLY:
The Hunter Freebies boxes that were missing for 14 lucky US backers were shipped on the 25th June. They should be with you fairly soon with the usual caveat of possible local COVID related last mile delivery delays. Additionally there were 8 backers missing Lord Kurivan from their Freebies box. We have already contacted those backers and Lord Kurivan will be sent to you from our HQ, hopefully next week or possibly the week after.
E.U. and RoW:- EU is shipping late June and RoW will ship after EU. The fulfillment centre has been working hard to catch up on their backlog due to the COVID related shutdowns and some EU backers may have already received tracking notifications. The centre has offered to manage our fulfillment in small batches daily as slots open up. We’re hopeful that will minimize any delay but, as we mentioned before, does mean that tracking notifications will be going out over multiple days, not all at once, so please don’t worry if some backers have tracking and you haven’t seen yours just yet. Again, please note that with the pandemic and the high volume of parcels being moved, last mile delivery may be slower than normal. There may also be some additional delays to countries that are currently under lockdown. Please check your tracking information and your local advisories to know how local shipping is working in your area.

We left small orders uncharged and unlocked while we looked into fulfilling them ourselves from our HQ. We are optimistic that we will be able to update the shipping fees for those Backerkit surveys. When we have done so we will make an update letting you know the revised rates and giving you notice of a lock and charge date for those orders.
We will continue to lock and charge surveys on a weekly basis and export them to the fulfillment centres. If there was a problem and your card didn’t charge, you can update your information and be included in one of these batches. Actual shipping for these orders should happen shortly after, depending on the capacity of the fulfillment centres.
Soundtrack backerswith locked and charged pledges should have already received an e-mail from Backerkit with instructions for download of the soundtrack file. Again, please check your junk and spam folders and filters. All pledges that are not yet locked or charged will be sent a notification and will be able to download the file after their orders are finalized.

It’s a good news update! The orders that were locked and charged on May 20thhave been exported to the fulfillment centres. Fulfillment will be from two centres. Canada, U.S.A., central and South America will be fulfilled from the U.S. via Quartermaster. E.U. and the Rest of the World will be fulfilled from E.U. via Philibert.
Some of you in the U.S. have already received shipping notifications, ahead of the estimate that we made of June on the Kickstarter. The tracking information is issued when the shipping label is made before the package is picked up by the courier for shipping and delivery. Packages should start moving within the next few days, but please note that with the pandemic and the high volume of parcels being moved, last mile delivery may be slower than normal.

Hello Hunters!
Most of the surveys have been completed and we are about to move on to fulfilling your orders. Today (May 20th), we will lock the completed surveys and start charging credit cards. You will get a confirmation of the charge via email from Backerkit. If there is a problem and the charge is not processed you will get an email from Backerkit and will have a day or two to update your information before we lock and export for fulfillment.
After a few days, we will send the successfully charged orders to our EU and US fulfillment centers. It will take them some time to start shipping, especially for the EU orders due to the coronavirus situation. We will continue to order shipments on a weekly basis as the remaining surveys get completed. Actual shipping should happen shortly after depending on the capacity of the fulfillment centres. We will update you as we get more information and firm dates from them so that you have plenty of warning to look for your tracking emails when shipping starts.
An update on small orders:
We value our backers, both the veterans from our first campaign for The Order of Vampire Hunters and the new recruits who joined us recently. We want to give the opportunity to those who already have OVH, either from the first Kickstarter or at a convention, to get the add-ons they are missing. To help backers with only one or two small items and no expansions we are considering the option of processing these orders personally from our HQ. This would reduce the cost compared to processing these very small orders via the fulfillment centres. We are not certain that we can do this, but, if we can, it will take some time and mean a delay in shipping these orders. Note that if we are able to provide this service and depending on the number of small orders to be processed, we will likely start shipping these orders in July.
If you want to reserve your items while you wait for an update on the matter, please go ahead and fill your survey but DO NOT enter your credit card information. This way, the items will be reserved but you will not be billed for the shipment via courier.
