Can you tell me more about Freebies Pack 1 and Freebies Pack 2?

Freebies Pack 1 contains all the Hunter Pledge level Stretch Goals from the original OVH Kickstarter. This pack is supplied as part of the Slayer Pledge only.

Freebies Pack 2 contains all the East European Priests expansion pack and the Slayer Pledge level specific Stretch Goals from the original OVH Kickstarter. They will be packed in a box labeled ‘Slayer Freebies’ in your pledge package. This pack is supplied as part of the Blood Pledge and the Slayer Pledge.

The contents of both packs are shown in the images on the campaign page.

Both packs are part of the pledge levels only and will not be available in the Pledge Manager as stand alone add-on items.

What sized card sleeves do we need?

The OVH page on BGG hosts a file with a detailed breakdown of the number of cards of each size in the core box, stretch goals and each expansion.

Cards for The Order of Vampire Hunters come in two sizes, large/Poker sized cards (63.5 x 88mm) and small cards (43.5 x 67.5mm).

A core box contains 233 small cards and 32 large cards. A Slayer pledge (core box plus Freebies Packs 1 and 2) contains 348 small cards and 81 large cards.

What size are the miniatures?

The Hunters and other people-sized characters are 32 mm, measured from foot to eye-level. This is a very common scale. Just like people, there is a little variation in the size for these miniatures, and for the monsters, there is a lot of variation.

What are the miniatures made from?

A hard PVC plastic, which is hard enough to hold details well, but has a little flexibility, so the miniatures are more difficult to break. They are fully assembled before packaging, so that the game is ready to play out of the box.

What if I want more than one copy of a pledge level? Can I make a group pledge?

Due to the limited quantities available, there will only be one pledge per Kickstarter account. If you do want to ‘group pledge’ please contact us after the Kickstarter closes. Please note that we have no control over shipping prices and bulk shipments often have different pricing. We cannot confirm that you will save on shipping. You will be charged the actual shipping costs. Very large shipments can be costly.

Will there be a Pledge Manager?

Yes and if you make a $1 pledge now, you will get an invitation to use the Pledge Manager later. However, the Blood and Slayer Pledges are available in limited quantities during the Kickstarter itself. They will only be available in the Pledge Manager on a first come, first served basis if those pledge levels do not sell out during the Kickstarter funding period.

Other than the Pledge levels with Freebies Packs, backers that pledge for $1 will be able to pledge for any combination of add-ons in the PM.

Can I change from a Hunter EB to a Slayer EB?

Yes. Backers can hold their EB Hunter pledges, add an extra $45 (now or in the Pledge Manager) and receive the full Slayer rewards. There will be an option in the Pledge Manager to say you want to upgrade. They must keep their EB Hunter pledge. The total number of EB pledges will remain the same.

Can I add multiple copies of the Hunter and Slayer pledges?

Yes. Just add $90 or $135 to your pledge total for each extra pledge you want. Each copy will be a complete reward package with the Stretch Goals. But you cannot add more EB pledges this way.

How do I pay for shipping?

We will contact you with your shipping total just before we are ready to ship. It will be based on current shipping prices, your location and the size of your package. You will need to add sufficient funds to cover shipping in the pledge manager. You will also be given one last chance to change your shipping address.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
